These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, community programs, and consultancy services offered by The Data Immersed ("TDI", "we", "us", or "our"). By using this site or registering for a TDI program, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or register.

Our Programs

TDI runs structured learning tracks (such as our Core and Python data analytics tracks), TDI Data Circle, and community events, along with data analytics and business intelligence consultancy services for organizations. Track availability, content, schedules, and pricing may change, and we may open, close, or pause registration for any track at any time.

Registration and Eligibility

When you register for a track, join our waitlist, or sign up for TDI Data Circle, you agree to provide accurate and current information. Some tracks may require proof of specific actions (such as following us on social media) or proof of payment for associated resources as a condition of completing registration. We reserve the right to decline, waitlist, or remove any registration that doesn't meet a track's stated requirements.

Community Conduct

Members of our cohorts and community channels (including WhatsApp groups, live sessions, and events) are expected to:

• Treat other members, mentors, and staff with respect
• Participate honestly, including submitting your own work for projects and assessments
• Avoid harassment, hate speech, spam, or any unlawful conduct

We may remove anyone from a program or community channel for violating these expectations, without a refund of any fees paid.

Intellectual Property

Course materials, curriculum, branding, and other content we provide remain the property of TDI. You may use them for your own learning, but you may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute them without our written permission. Projects and work you create during a program remain yours, though we may ask permission to showcase them as examples of community work.

Third-Party Links and Tools

Our site and programs may link to or rely on third-party tools (such as payment processors, social platforms, or video call providers). We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our site and programs are provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific career, academic, or business outcomes from participating in TDI programs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TDI isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in our programs.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
